Patatas Bravas

Ingredients:

  • 300 g de tomates maduros
  • Sal
  • 100 g de aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • Vinagre de vino tinto
  • Salsa Tabasco
  • Pimentón picante

Preparation:

  1. Place the tomato, halved and seeded, in the mixing jug.
  2. Crush at speed 4, 10 seconds.
  3. Strain the tomato with the steamer basket and let it drain well.
  4. Place the tomato pulp in the mixing jug. Add salt.
  5. Cook at speed 4, 120 degrees, 7 minutes.
  6. Add a dash of vinegar and season with a few drops of Tabasco and the hot paprika.
  7. Just grind the sauce – already cold – by pressing the “turbo” a few times.

Tips…

  • Cook some peeled potatoes and cut into pieces immersed in oil at medium temperature until soft. Set them aside.
  • Just at the time of serving, fry them over high heat so that they are golden brown. Drain them on an absorbent paper, add salt and accompany them with the sauce.
