Chicken in beer sauce

Pollo a la cerveza

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 small onion
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • 80 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g of crushed natural tomato
  • 2 garlic
  • 800 g chopped chicken thigh not too big
  • Salt, black pepper, hot paprika
  • 250 g of beer

Preparation:

  1. Place the peeled and quartered onion and the peppers in the mixing jug.
  2. Shred, speed 8, 5 seconds.
  3. Put on the blade guard carefully.
  4. Add the olive oil and cook at speed 1, 120 degrees, 10 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken and garlic (crushed with skin).
  6. Season with salt, black pepper and hot paprika and cook at SL speed, 120 degrees, 7 minutes.
  7. Add the beer, remove the beaker from the lid top. Place the steamer basket on top so that the beer can evaporate and not splash.
  8. Cooking speed SL, 120 degrees, 25 minutes.
