  • 10 g gelatine sheets
  • 125 g. cream
  • 600 g milk
  • 110 g sugar
  • Powdered vanilla
  • Finely grated peel of half an orange

Preparation:

  1. Set up the butterfly accessory.
  2. Soak the gelatine in cold water.
  3. Put the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and orange peel into the mixing jar.
  4. Select “sauce”, speed 1, 65 degrees, 7 minutes.
  5. Add the drained gelatine sheets.
  6. Cook on speed 2, 40 degrees, 1 minute.
  7. Strain the mixture and pour into the custard cups.
  8. Leave to cool in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours so that it takes consistency.
  9. Serve with strawberry jam.


Tips…

  • To prevent the panna cotta from getting nicks on the sides when unmoulding: dip the flan dish in hot water for a second. This way the outer jelly will come off the mould and you can easily remove the panna cotta.
