Ingredients:
- 250 g of Quark cheese
- 250 g of Philadelphia cheese
- 227 g of condensed milk
- 230 g milk
- 5 egg yolks (110g)
- Butter
Optional for the topping:
- For the topping:
- 8 g of gelatin sheets
- 50 g of water
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 cc of lemon juice
- 200 g of strawberries
Preparation:
- Place the butterfly accessory in the mixing jug.
- Mix all ingredients except butter on speed 2, 2 minutes.
- Grease a tart pan (ideal borosilicate) with butter.
- Fill it with the dough and cook in the preheated oven with the fan at 120 degrees for one hour and 20 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the mold.
For the topping:
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
- Heat the water, sugar and lemon juice in the jug at speed 1, 100 degrees, 8 minutes.
- Incorporate clean strawberries and cook at speed 4, 100 degrees, 5 minutes
- Add the hydrated and drained gelatin. Crush, speed 1, 30 seconds.
- Finish crushing with the “turbo”.
- Strain and apply on the cooled cake so that it solidifies.
