Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 50 g of butter
  • 400 g of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • Salt

Optional:

  • 1 grated orange, lemon or tangerine peel
  • Butter to cook the pancakes.

Preparation:

  1. Put the butter in the mixing jug. Cook at speed 1, 120 degrees, 3 minutes.
  2. Incorporate the milk with the eggs in the jug, crush at speed 8, 15 seconds. Add the flour to the mixture through the nozzle, at speed 3.
  3. Add salt and optionally include the grated citrus fruit zest.
  4. Leave the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
  5. Heat a nonstick skillet. If the pan is not nonstick, you can melt a knob of butter.
  6. Add a little dough and move the pan to distribute it evenly.
  7. Simmer until lightly browned and flip over.
  8. The other side of the crepe takes less time to cook.
  9. Remove the crepe from the pan and serve it with the filling that you like:
  10. Sugar, cinnamon, homemade jams, chocolate topping, nuts, cheese spread, maple syrup, canned tuna with béchamel sauce…
