Ingredients for 4 personas:
- 1200 g of ripe tomato
- 150 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 20 g of Salt
- 40 g of sugar
Preparation:
- Clean the tomatoes and mash them with the rest of the ingredients on speed 10, 5 minutes.
- Serve the cream cold, optionally with a pinch of pesto
Tips…
- You can accompany the cold cream with some prawns sautéed in olive oil and seasoned with a little salt and pepper.
- If you want to serve the hot cream, add a bit of cream before heating it.
