Tomato Cream

Ingredients for 4 personas:

  • 1200 g of ripe tomato
  • 150 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 g of Salt
  • 40 g of sugar

Preparation:

  • Clean the tomatoes and mash them with the rest of the ingredients on speed 10, 5 minutes.
  • Serve the cream cold, optionally with a pinch of pesto

Tips…

  • You can accompany the cold cream with some prawns sautéed in olive oil and seasoned with a little salt and pepper.
  • If you want to serve the hot cream, add a bit of cream before heating it.
