Ingredients:
- 2 eggs or 120 grams of milk
- 20 g lemon juice
- 10 g vinegar
- 10 g salt
- 500 g sunflower oil
Optional:
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
Preparation:
- Place the eggs, lemon juice, vinegar and salt (optional mustard) in the mixing jar. Blend on speed 10, 10 seconds.
- Unplug the pouring hole in the middle of the mixing jar lid (without removing the plug completely).
- Gradually pour the oil through the hole in the lid while continuing to blend on speed 10.
How to whip up a cut mayonnaise:
- Remove the mayonnaise from the mixing jar.
- Add one egg or 60 g of milk to the jar. Add a pinch of salt.
- Blend on speed 10 and proceed to pour in the chopped mayonnaise – a little at a time – just as you have added the oil.
