Ingredients:
- 1 kg strawberries
- 600 g sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- Juice of half a lemon
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
Preparation:
- Clean the strawberries. Remove the leaves and place them in the jar with the sugar.
- Open the vanilla pod. Scrape the seeds over the strawberries and add to the jar along with the lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Remove the measuring cup plug and place the steamer containing 3 glass canning jars with their respective lids on.
- Select “sauce”, speed 2, 90 degrees, 35 minutes.
- Carefully remove the jars from the steamer and fill them with the jam.
- Close immediately and turn upside down until cool.
