Strawberry Jam

Mermeladas

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 600 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon


Preparation:

  1. Clean the strawberries. Remove the leaves and place them in the jar with the sugar.
  2. Open the vanilla pod. Scrape the seeds over the strawberries and add to the jar along with the lemon juice and cinnamon.
  3. Remove the measuring cup plug and place the steamer containing 3 glass canning jars with their respective lids on.
  4. Select “sauce”, speed 2, 90 degrees, 35 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove the jars from the steamer and fill them with the jam.
  6. Close immediately and turn upside down until cool.
