Scrambled eggs with prawns and garlic

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 bunch of spring garlic
  • 40 g butter
  • Sunflower oil
  • 8 peeled prawns
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 8 eggs
  • 50 g cream

Optional:

  • Cayenne pepper

Preparation:

  1. Clean the garlic. Place them in the jar, cut into quarters, and crush them on speed 4, 15 seconds.
  2. Remove from the jar.
  3. Place the butter in the jar with a drizzle of oil.
  4. Select “sauce”, speed 1, 90 degrees, 1.5 minutes.
  5. Turn the throttle.
  6. Add the garlic and continue cooking on speed 1, 120 degrees, 6 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add the peeled and halved prawns and the eggs.
  9. Season with salt, pepper and, optionally, cayenne and select “sauce”, speed 1, 90 degrees, 8 minutes.
  10. Finish by adding the cream through the middle aperture of the lid and cook for a further 2 minutes on the same programme.
