Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 bunch of spring garlic
- 40 g butter
- Sunflower oil
- 8 peeled prawns
- Salt, black pepper
- 8 eggs
- 50 g cream
Optional:
- Cayenne pepper
Preparation:
- Clean the garlic. Place them in the jar, cut into quarters, and crush them on speed 4, 15 seconds.
- Remove from the jar.
- Place the butter in the jar with a drizzle of oil.
- Select “sauce”, speed 1, 90 degrees, 1.5 minutes.
- Turn the throttle.
- Add the garlic and continue cooking on speed 1, 120 degrees, 6 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the peeled and halved prawns and the eggs.
- Season with salt, pepper and, optionally, cayenne and select “sauce”, speed 1, 90 degrees, 8 minutes.
- Finish by adding the cream through the middle aperture of the lid and cook for a further 2 minutes on the same programme.
