Ingredients for a 4 person pizza:
- 125 g water
- 15 g fresh yeast
- 25 g extra virgin olive oil
- 150 g wheat flour
- 100 g spelt flour
- 5 g salt
- 2.5 g sugar
Preparation:
- Place the water, yeast and oil in the mixing jar with the blade guard. Mix, speed 2, 30 degrees, 15 seconds.
- Add the flours, salt and sugar.
- Select “pastry”, speed 2, 10 minutes.
- Leave the dough to rise, covered, in the mixing jar for 2 hours.
- Carefully remove from the mixing jar, roll out on baking paper, a silicone baking sheet or a floured baking tray.
- Leave to rest for 20 minutes and cover with your favourite ingredients.
- Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
