Ingredients for 4 people:
- 50 g of butter
- 400 g of milk
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- Salt
Optional:
- 1 grated orange, lemon or tangerine peel
- Butter to cook the pancakes.
Preparation:
- Put the butter in the mixing jug. Cook at speed 1, 120 degrees, 3 minutes.
- Incorporate the milk with the eggs in the jug, crush at speed 8, 15 seconds. Add the flour to the mixture through the nozzle, at speed 3.
- Add salt and optionally include the grated citrus fruit zest.
- Leave the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
- Heat a nonstick skillet. If the pan is not nonstick, you can melt a knob of butter.
- Add a little dough and move the pan to distribute it evenly.
- Simmer until lightly browned and flip over.
- The other side of the crepe takes less time to cook.
- Remove the crepe from the pan and serve it with the filling that you like:
