- 10 g gelatine sheets
- 125 g. cream
- 600 g milk
- 110 g sugar
- Powdered vanilla
- Finely grated peel of half an orange
Preparation:
- Set up the butterfly accessory.
- Soak the gelatine in cold water.
- Put the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and orange peel into the mixing jar.
- Select “sauce”, speed 1, 65 degrees, 7 minutes.
- Add the drained gelatine sheets.
- Cook on speed 2, 40 degrees, 1 minute.
- Strain the mixture and pour into the custard cups.
- Leave to cool in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours so that it takes consistency.
- Serve with strawberry jam.
Tips…
- To prevent the panna cotta from getting nicks on the sides when unmoulding: dip the flan dish in hot water for a second. This way the outer jelly will come off the mould and you can easily remove the panna cotta.
