Ingredients for 4 people:
- 10 g of gelatin sheets
- 125 g. cream
- 600 g of milk
- 110 g of sugar
- Vanilla powder
- Fine grated orange peel
Preparation:
- Place the butterfly accessory.
- Soak the gelatin in cold water
- Put the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and orange peel into the mixing jug.
- Heat at speed 2, 60 degrees, 7 minutes.
- Incorporate the drained gelatin sheets.
- Let cook on speed 2, 40 degrees, 1 minute.
- Strain the preparation and pour into flan molds.
- Let cool in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours to achieve consistency.
- Serve with strawberry jam
Tips…
- Prevent the panna cotta from having nicks on the sides when you remove it from the mold: immerse the flan mold in hot water for a second. In this way the outer jelly will come off the mold and you can easily remove the panna cotta.
