Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 small onion
- ½ green pepper
- ½ red pepper
- 80 g extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g of crushed natural tomato
- 2 garlic
- 800 g of not too large cut up chicken thighs
- Salt, pepper, spicy paprika
- 250 g beer
Preparation:
- Place the peeled and quartered onion and peppers in the blender.
- Blend on speed 8, 5 seconds.
- Carefully place the blade guard on the blades.
- Add the olive oil and cook on speed 1, 120 degrees, 10 minutes.
- Add the chicken and the garlic, skin on and crushed.
- Season with the salt, pepper and paprika and cook on speed 0, 120 degrees, 7 minutes.
- Douse with the beer, remove the measuring cup plug from the lid. Place the steam basket on top so that the beer can evaporate and not splash you.
