Butterscotch Cake

Ingredients:

  • 75 g of butter at room temperature
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 450 g flour
  • 80 g of rice starch
  • 40 g of butter to spread in mold
  • 40 g of sugar to decorate

Preparation:

  1. Place the butterfly accessory.
  2. Put the butter in the mixing jug. Mix at speed 1, 1 minute.
  3. Add the sugar little by little. Mix at speed 1, 1 minute.
  4. Crush at speed 4, 40 seconds.
  5. Add the flour and the previously sifted starch. Mix on speed 2, 2 minutes.
  6. Place a base of baking paper in a mold of about 25 centimeters. Butter the walls.
  7. Put the mixture into the mold.
  8. Give the dough a little shape with the tips of your fingers so that it rises a little on the side of the mold.
  9. With a knife, mark various portions.
  10. Decorate with the rest of the sugar and cook in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes (until it begins to brown).
