Ingredients:
- 75 g of butter at room temperature
- 100 g of sugar
- 450 g flour
- 80 g of rice starch
- 40 g of butter to spread in mold
- 40 g of sugar to decorate
Preparation:
- Place the butterfly accessory.
- Put the butter in the mixing jug. Mix at speed 1, 1 minute.
- Add the sugar little by little. Mix at speed 1, 1 minute.
- Crush at speed 4, 40 seconds.
- Add the flour and the previously sifted starch. Mix on speed 2, 2 minutes.
- Place a base of baking paper in a mold of about 25 centimeters. Butter the walls.
- Put the mixture into the mold.
- Give the dough a little shape with the tips of your fingers so that it rises a little on the side of the mold.
- With a knife, mark various portions.
- Decorate with the rest of the sugar and cook in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes (until it begins to brown).
