Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 thin spring onion
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 avocados
- 50 g extra virgin olive oil
- 25 g lime juice (or juice of 1/2 lime)
- Salt
- Tabasco
- Some coriander leaves
Opcional:
- 50 g of water
- nachos
Preparation:
- Remove the roots and the first layer of the onion. Put it in the jar, cut into quarters. Press “pulse” for 3 seconds.
- Remove from the jar and set aside.
- Remove the stalk from the tomato. Cut it in half and remove the seeds. Place in the jar and crush on speed 3, 5 seconds.
- Remove from the jar and set aside.
- Add the peeled and pitted avocados, oil, lime juice, a pinch of salt, a few drops of Tabasco and a few coriander leaves. Blend on speed 8 for 3 minutes.
- If it is too thick, you can add a pinch of water and blend again for 30 seconds.
- Add the onion and tomato and mix by hand with the spatula.
- You can serve the guacamole with nachos, or you can use it to spread on toast, fill vol- au- vent or mini tartlets.
