Panna Cotta

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 10 g of gelatin sheets
  • 125 g. cream
  • 600 g of milk
  • 110 g of sugar
  • Vanilla powder
  • Fine grated orange peel

Preparation:

  1. Place the butterfly accessory.
  2. Soak the gelatin in cold water
  3. Put the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and orange peel into the mixing jug.
  4. Heat at speed 2, 60 degrees, 7 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the drained gelatin sheets.
  6. Let cook on speed 2, 40 degrees, 1 minute.
  7. Strain the preparation and pour into flan molds.
  8. Let cool in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours to achieve consistency.
  9. Serve with strawberry jam


Tips…

  • Prevent the panna cotta from having nicks on the sides when you remove it from the mold: immerse the flan mold in hot water for a second. In this way the outer jelly will come off the mold and you can easily remove the panna cotta.
