Ingredients for a 4 person pizza:

  • 125 g water
  • 15 g fresh yeast
  • 25 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 5 g salt
  • 2.5 g sugar

Preparation:

  1. Place the water, yeast and oil in the mixing jar with the blade guard. Mix, speed 2, 30 degrees, 15 seconds.
  2. Add the flours, salt and sugar.
  3. Select “pastry”, speed 2, 10 minutes.
  4. Leave the dough to rise, covered, in the mixing jar for 2 hours.
  5. Carefully remove from the mixing jar, roll out on baking paper, a silicone baking sheet or a floured baking tray.
  6. Leave to rest for 20 minutes and cover with your favourite ingredients.
  7. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
