Ingredients for 4 people:
- 75 g smoked bacon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- 4 slices of sliced bread
- Hollandaise sauce
Preparation:
- Place the bacon in the mixing jar. Blend on speed 6, 30 seconds.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and cook on speed 1, 120 degrees, 4 minutes. Set aside.
- Carefully replace the blade guard. Add 1l. of water to the clean jar and heat on speed 0, 120 degrees, 9 minutes.
- Meanwhile, line a bowl with cling film.
- Coat it with oil. Crack an egg and place it inside the cling film in the bowl. Remove it from the film.
- Close the ends of the film to make a ring with the egg inside.
- After 9 minutes, when the water is hot, stop the machine. Add the eggs inside the mixing jar with the nozzle uncovered.
- Let them cook in the hot water for 7 minutes (the whites should be cooked and the yolks raw) at speed 0, 75 degrees.
- Arrange the toasted bread on a plate. Place the poached egg and bacon on top. Finish with the warm hollandaise sauce.
