Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g extra virgin olive oil
- 80 g fresh bacon
- 80gr fresh chorizo sausage for cooking
- 150gr crushed tomato
- Salt, pepper, sugar
- Thyme
- 800 g cooked chickpeas
- 1 glass of water or broth
Preparation:
- Place the peeled and quartered onion and the peeled garlic in the mixing jar.
- Blend for 8 seconds on speed 8.
- Carefully place the blade guard on the blades.
- Add the oil and cook on speed 2, 120 degrees, 10 minutes.
- Add the diced bacon and sliced chorizo.
- Cook on speed 1, 120 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato. Season with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and a few thyme leaves.
- Cook on speed 1, 120 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Add the chickpeas with a glass of water or stock and select “sauce”, speed 1, 90 degrees 3 minutes.
