Strawberry Jam

Mermeladas

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of strawberry
  • 600 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon


Preparation:

  1. Clean the strawberries. Remove the part of the leaves and place them in the mixing jug along with the sugar.
  2. Open the vanilla bean. Scrape its seeds over the strawberries and add it to the mixing jug along with the lemon juice and cinnamon.
  3. Take out the mixing jug and place the steamer with 3 empty glass jars (with their respective lids).
  4. Steam the bottles using the Crush function at speed 1, 90 degrees, 40 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove the jars from the steamer and fill them with the jam.
  6. Close them immediately and turn them upside down until cool.
