Ingredients:
- 1 kg of strawberry
- 600 g of sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- The juice of half a lemon
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Preparation:
- Clean the strawberries. Remove the part of the leaves and place them in the mixing jug along with the sugar.
- Open the vanilla bean. Scrape its seeds over the strawberries and add it to the mixing jug along with the lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Take out the mixing jug and place the steamer with 3 empty glass jars (with their respective lids).
- Steam the bottles using the Crush function at speed 1, 90 degrees, 40 minutes.
- Carefully remove the jars from the steamer and fill them with the jam.
- Close them immediately and turn them upside down until cool.
