Ingredients:
- 75 g parsley leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 small red chili peppers
- 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 100 g olive oil.
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in the mixing jug. Crush them at speed 8, 45 seconds.

- This sauce is ideal to accompany meat and fish.
- You can add a special touch with a pinch of cumin or fresh thyme.
