Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri

Ingredients:

  • 75 g parsley leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 small red chili peppers
  • 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 100 g olive oil.

Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixing jug. Crush them at speed 8, 45 seconds.

Tips…

  • This sauce is ideal to accompany meat and fish.
  • You can add a special touch with a pinch of cumin or fresh thyme.
