Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 80 g of fresh bacon
- 80 g of fresh chorizo for cooking
- 150 g of crushed tomato
- Salt, pepper, sugar
- Thyme
- 800 g cooked chickpeas
- 1 glass of water or broth
Preparation:
- Introduce the peeled and quartered onion, along with and the peeled garlic into the mixing jug.

- Add the diced bacon and the sliced chorizo.

- Add the tomato. Season with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and some thyme leaves.
- Cook at speed 1, 120 degrees 5 minutes.
- Add the chickpeas with a glass of water or broth and cook, speed SL, 90 degrees 3 minutes.
