Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 bunch of young garlic
- 40 g of butter
- Sunflower oil
- 8 prawns, peeled
- Salt, black pepper
- 8 eggs
- 50 g of cream
Optional:
- Cayenne pepper
Preparation:
- Clean the tender garlic. Place them in the mixing jug cut into quarters and grind them at speed 4, 15 seconds.
