Scrambled eggs with prawns & young garlic

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 bunch of young garlic
  • 40 g of butter
  • Sunflower oil
  • 8 prawns, peeled
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 8 eggs
  • 50 g of cream

Optional:

  • Cayenne pepper

Preparation:

  1. Clean the tender garlic. Place them in the mixing jug cut into quarters and grind them at speed 4, 15 seconds.
  2. Remove them from the jug.
  3. Put the butter in the s jug with a splash of oil. Heat at speed 1, 90 degrees, 1.5 minutes.
  4. Place the butterfly accessory.
  5. Add the young garlic and continue cooking at speed 1, 120 degrees, 6 minutes.
  6. Salt pepper.
  7. Add the peeled and halved prawns and the eggs.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and optionally cayenne, and cook on speed 1, degrees, 90 degrees, 8 minutes.
  9. Finish adding the cream through the nozzle and cook 2 more minutes.
