Gazpacho

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 130 g green pepper
  • 45 g red pepper
  • 560 g of ripe tomato
  • 20 g onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 175 g cucumber
  • 16 g roasted almonds
  • 80 g dry breadcrumbs
  • 16 g of salt
  • White pepper
  • 320 g of water
  • 40 g vinegar
  • 130 g of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Place the seedless bell peppers, quarter tomato, peeled onion, garlic, cucumber, almonds, and bread in the glass.
  2. Season with the salt and a pinch of pepper and crush the whole at a speed of 10, 5 minutes.
  3. Dip in the water, vinegar and oil and crush again on speed 10, 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with a side of toasted (or fried) bread, bell pepper, cucumber, onion and tomato cut into small cubes.

Tips…

  • Gazpacho is a very refreshing dish. It is usually taken in summer. It helps with thirst because vegetables contain a high percentage of mineral salts.
