Ingredients for 4 people:
- 130 g green pepper
- 45 g red pepper
- 560 g of ripe tomato
- 20 g onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 175 g cucumber
- 16 g roasted almonds
- 80 g dry breadcrumbs
- 16 g of salt
- White pepper
- 320 g of water
- 40 g vinegar
- 130 g of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Place the seedless bell peppers, quarter tomato, peeled onion, garlic, cucumber, almonds, and bread in the glass.
- Season with the salt and a pinch of pepper and crush the whole at a speed of 10, 5 minutes.
- Dip in the water, vinegar and oil and crush again on speed 10, 5 minutes.
- Serve with a side of toasted (or fried) bread, bell pepper, cucumber, onion and tomato cut into small cubes.

- Gazpacho is a very refreshing dish. It is usually taken in summer. It helps with thirst because vegetables contain a high percentage of mineral salts.
